Not a product, but a solution
Advice
Over the years, we have carried out a large number of projects from standard products and solutions to turnkey deliveries and providing service and preventive maintenance of complex emergency power installations. By combining our specific accumulated experience and knowledge in the various markets and applications, our sales engineers can provide excellent advice.
Our team of sales engineers takes the lead in providing tailor-made energy advice, advice that matches the customer's specific needs and requirements. They take into account power requirements, the application of the energy system, the location and the required certifications. The sustainability factor also plays an important role in our advice.
Engineering
Technology and innovation is in our DNA, and that comes in handy in the current energy transition period. Our experienced and specialised team of engineers has been actively developing new and sustainable solutions from standard to complex (emergency) power installations and energy systems such as battery storage, hydrogen and methanol engines, and hybrid systems for many years. CSR plays an important role in the way we develop new solutions
Once we agree on a suitable power solution with the customer, our engineers get to work on the details of this solution. They create electrical diagrams, 2D and 3D (installation) drawings to ensure that our production department can assemble the solution according to the agreed specifications.
Production & testing
We build a wide range of standard, complex and customer-specific power systems. In addition to serial production of (emergency) power units and switchgear, project-based (emergency) power installations, container solutions, battery systems and hybrid solutions are also built. In-house production, including switchgear manufacturing, and testing facilities allow us to keep quality levels high and respond quickly to our customers' specific needs and requirements.
Upon completion of the engineering process, our technicians receive the production order, including all specifications, requirements and associated diagrams. The warehouse handles the internal supply of the required high-quality components to our technicians for assembly. The power system is then tested extensively. With our own test facility, we also provide FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) of (emergency) generating sets and pumping units. Our customers can of course be present for this FAT.
Project Management
Our project managers coordinate the entire process, from transport and installation work to commissioning, paying particular attention to the project-specific HSE laws and regulations. They ensure that projects are delivered according to the agreed specifications and within the set deadlines.
With our own team of highly experienced installation foremen, we carry out all on-site installation work ourselves. Because we do everything in-house, we ensure that the high level of quality we strive for is achieved with maximum efficiency. For the project implementation, the project manager is the point of contact who has a complete overview of the project and can move quickly to answer any questions effectively.
In short, we unburden our customers by providing turnkey solutions for each specific application.
Commissioning & certification
We not only ensure that the power supply we provide meets all customer requirements, but also guarantee that it complies with the latest laws and regulations. During commissioning, our installation foremen ensure that the power supply performs optimally within your specific application.
Service & Maintenance
We work according to the time-honoured saying 'prevention is better than cure'. Our experienced service and maintenance technicians ensure that your power supply is kept in excellent condition. We ensure quality and reliability through preventive maintenance. We are always on standby, 24/7, to resolve any breakdowns quickly and effectively.
Service agreements
We provide service agreements from six-monthly and annual contracts to multi-year contracts. In doing so, we take into account customer wishes and requirements and, of course, the specific application of the installation. With a service agreement, maintenance costs are made transparent and preventive maintenance costs can be properly budgeted by our customers for future years, avoiding unpleasant financial surprises as much as possible.
