The Safety Culture Ladder is an assessment tool that helps organisations improve their safety culture by focusing on behaviour, commitment and attitude. It consists of five steps, each making increasing demands on the safety culture.
To further shape B&N's safety culture, we pursue an active policy on safety awareness among our employees by encouraging them to adjust their behaviour, commitment and attitude accordingly and also monitor it. We have initiated the Safety Culture Ladder (SCL) certification process to take safety culture to an even higher level step by step. This certification process will be completed by the end of 2023 at the latest.
